Earth Day is on Saturday, April 22nd. Meet at 5pm at the newly restored Baltimore Hostel on Mulberry St. in Mt. Vernon with a potluck dish/dessert to share. After eating and mingling, we will view the feature-length film.

Afterward, former farmer and current union of concerned scientists representative (also Slow Food Baltimore's co-leader) Ben Larson will lead a question and answer session about the state of our farms and the influx of genetically engineered crops into our food supply.

Celebrate Earth Day with your fellow snails. Cost is $5 members and nonmembers alike. Please bring a dish/dessert of your choice to share. Drinks and all other necessities will be provided for you.
